Shipping policy

How much is postage?

We offer a flat rate shipping of $10.00 fee within Australia for all orders under $80.

For orders over $80 we offer free standard delivery across Australia. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do, the shipping calculator works out costs as shipping is based on weight.
Shipping out of Australia for small parcels such as ours is more expensive than normal so we would recommend ordering with a couple of friends to split the costs of shipping.

International customers need to be aware that they are responsible for any customs and import duties on their order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.  Due to Covid-19 not all orders are being scanned by Australia Post to save time.  You may not get a tracking updates until the day of delivery.

How long does it take from the time I order to the time I receive it?

We pride ourselves on getting your shipment out within 24 hours.  Shipped to you via Australia Post so it is secure and easily tracked.
